The cost is the same as if it were held at our location, except that we require a minimum of 15 students! (If you don't have 15 students, the cost is equivalent to that number.)
In addition we ask for mileage reimbursable at the current US rate for our travel.
Meals and incidentals per diem rate per instructor is also added for away courses. We use GSA.gov per diem rates for your area and the current fiscal year.
We also ask that lodging be provided for the instructors if the drive time is excessive. This can be a bunk room at your department or a motel/hotel nearby.
Mileage, meals, and lodging will be added to our cost. If you wish to offer snacks, beverages, and/or lunch for the group, you will need to add that to our per person price. It is not included in our course costs.
